Emily Ross-Justice

I am a recent graduate from Duquesne University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program (December 2021). Previously, I attended Point Park University where I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. I have been working in the mental health field for about two years.

I have about 2000 hours of experience between working with individuals, groups, and other mental health work.

My work has mainly consisted of treating Substance Abuse clients, adults with various mental health disorders, and some couples counseling. I try to focus on a holistic model of therapy.

I utilize holistic and strength-based approaches such as Existential-Humanistic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy. I often use meditations, mindfulness, and artistic modalities based on what the client needs.

I am a firm believer that the client is the driving force of the therapeutic process, and what they desire from therapy is what I will strive to provide.
